eMeetingsOnline is a web based software solution, you will never need updates installed on your local computers and will always have access to the newest version. Updates and maintenance on the eMeetingsOnline Servers are performed during pre-scheduled times when user impact is at its lowest, typically during the nighttime hours for U.S. customers.
Our phone based technical and user support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM MST and is included with every purchase, after hours on call support is also available.
