Can I use eMeetingsOnline to manage my event financials?
Our online meeting planning software includes a fully integrated meeting or event budget planning tool.  The budgeting module is used to track all meeting-wide income and expenses, most cases in real-time.  Budgets are unique to each meeting however a general budget is already created with meeting income and expense primary categories with each having their own respective sub-categories to speed the building of the event or meeting planners own budgeting process.

How can I view my financials at a glance for quick decisions?
The Budget page is presented in 5 parts: Budget Items, Variance, Projected, Actual and then Revenue. Variance, Projected, Actual columns represent the overall financial status of the meeting as it pertains to each Budget Item. Budget Items are the classification of all related meeting income and expenses. Revenue summarizes the Projected and Actual income and expense columns and also provides a Net Income tally.  The at-a-glance display allows you to quickly assess the financial situation of a meeting or event.

I don’t have time to have to use budget software AND meeting management software!
Our budget module is integrated with the meeting management software!  For example, each Sub-Category is already ‘tied’ to respective data located in the Registration and Housing module.  The Income sub-category, Registration, already encompasses all of the Attendee Types created in the Attendee Type setup. Therefore, if anybody registers for the event, despite their Attendee Type, that registration and any collected registration fees will be presented in the budget under the Registration sub-category.
